Important tips to make this work for all of us:
Leave meaningful comments on other people’s Notes.
Restack other people’s Notes with an insightful comment of your own.
Remember that building engagement is one of the main goals for participation. Avoid saying things like, “Great post” or “Looks delicious”. Instead, contribute to the conversation in a meaningful way. When someone restacks and comments on your note, respond to them.
If you are going to participate, find at least three notes to restack, like, and/or comment on. But don’t limit yourself to three! Each Notes Boost stays up from Tuesday to Tuesday, so come back throughout the week to find more notes to interact with.
The Mastermind for Food Writers Chat is a great place to ask questions! If you have questions about the Notes Boost, want feedback on writing Notes that generate engagement and growth, or need help accessing your Notes analytics, the Chat is a great place to tap into all the brainpower in this group!
The more thoughtfully we engage with one another's work, the more we all stand to gain. Thank you for participating!

The zing of a spiced tadka with the comfort of a spongy focaccia. Check out this recipe of Tadka Focaccia!
The beauty of tadka is it can start or end a recipe. In the beginning, it functions as a flavor builder and if added at the end, it performs the role of a finishing oil or a garnish. In our today’s recipe Tadka Focaccia, tadka is replacing oil as the required fat and also acting as a finishing oil and garnish.

In 1787, the British government sent a ship halfway around the world to collect… fruit.
Not gold. Not spices. Fruit.
They even converted the captain’s cabin into a floating greenhouse to bring it home.
The mission? Transport breadfruit from Tahiti to the Caribbean, where plantation owners hoped it would provide a cheap food source for enslaved laborers.
The ship was HMS Bounty. Its captain was William Bligh.
And what began as an agricultural experiment would become one of the most infamous voyages in naval history.
